The course is well-known for its strategic use of water, with water hazards featuring 11 out of 18 holes. The seventh hole, a par-4 with a lake located in the centre of the fairway, the tricky par-4 8th hole with a right dogleg and a large lake to the left, and the signature 17th hole, which is surrounded by water on three sides, are among the most noteworthy water features. The par-5 3rd hole, measuring over 500 meters, is also a challenging test.
