Bom Sucesso Golf

Bom Sucesso Golf, located in Obidos in the West Region of Portugal, was expertly designed by world-renowned golf architect Donald Steel. Situated on the banks of the stunning Obidos lagoon and in close proximity to the beach, this course is approximately 50 minutes away from Lisbon.

Built on a magnificent golf terrain, the first nine holes of Bom Sucesso Golf Course are played on a level part of the terrain, while the second nine are located on uneven terrain, making them particularly spectacular. From the white tees, this golf course is sufficiently challenging to test the skills of professional players. However, the forward tees eliminate long carries, allowing golfers of all skill levels to enjoy navigating the well-placed hazards on this course.

The final three holes of Bom Sucesso Golf Course are among the most exciting in Portugal, with the 17th hole being a truly great hole. It is a par 5 located at the highest elevation of the site, swinging downhill and right to left over some superb ridges to a green with the stunning lagoon of Obidos as its backdrop. As a golf course, Bom Sucesso is an excellent example of the challenges and joys of the sport.
