Step 2 - Once you have added all your bookings to the cart, proceed to the check-out page to confirm your reservation.
Step 3 - If you are not yet registered as a user, please take a moment to create an account. This will ensure that your bookings are saved and accessible for future reference.
Step 4 - On the check-out page, enter your credit card details to secure your reservation. We use Stripe to process payments, which employs advanced machine learning to detect and prevent fraud. Stripe's highly secure systems have earned them Level 1 PCI DSS Certification, the highest level of security in the industry, ensuring a safe and easy payment process for our customers and keeping your data always secure.
Step 5 - Authorize a payment and review your booking details before submitting your reservation. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation shortly after completing the booking process. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

You should get confirmation within 1 hour (max 24 hours).
If the tee time you requested is available, we will book it for you. However, if it's unavailable, we will contact you with alternative tee times. Please note that it is the client's responsibility to be aware of their allocated tee time, and we recommend confirming your tee time via the confirmation email that we send you from your initial request.
If the reserved tee time is within your preferences (e.g., between 10:00 to 11:00) and the acceptance is not confirmed within 24 hours to 5 days, depending on the playing date, we reserve the right to close the booking process and send you the golf voucher.
We accept payment authorization online by credit or debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other types of cards supported by Stripe.com. No charges will be made to your credit card until your reservations are all confirmed.
Once your tee time has been confirmed, and the payment has been received, we will send you golf vouchers for the booked golf rounds. Please review the details on your golf vouchers carefully, and let us know immediately if there are any errors with your booking. It is important to keep your golf vouchers safe, as they serve as proof of your booking and are to be presented to the golf course on the day of your golf round.
Failure to present a valid golf voucher may result in the golf course refusing access to the relevant course.
Our rates are for 18 holes unless otherwise stated. Additionally, please note that our Twilight and Sunset rates are limited to daylight conditions, allowing you to play as much as possible during these hours.
All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and include all credit card charges, booking fees, and taxes. We don't have any hidden fees or additional charges.
Although we make every effort to ensure our prices are accurate, we reserve the right to modify prices on the website. If there are any restrictions or special offers that are not clear, we will inform you of these before confirmation once you have requested your tee times.
Dynamic Rates System:
Some golf courses use a dynamic rates system which means that prices for tee times can change without notice. If you book a course that uses this system, please note that the amount to pay may be adjusted accordingly at the time of confirmation.
We will inform you of any changes to the prices before confirming your booking. We recommend that you check your email regularly and ensure that your contact information is up-to-date, as we will need to communicate with you promptly regarding any changes to your booking. By booking a tee time at a course with a dynamic rates system, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Please note that in order to complete a tee time, golf courses reserve the right to group players into 4 balls when necessary. Additionally, most courses only allow 2 buggies per tee time.
It's important to observe the International Rules of etiquette while playing golf. We recommend checking in at the reception at least half an hour before your starting time to avoid any delays or refusal by the golf course. The management of the course reserves the right to permit the use of a later starting time or to reschedule the reservation to another date, subject to availability. Refusal by the course may result in a non-refundable situation, and an administration fee of €20 will be charged.
At all courses, soft spikes should be considered compulsory, and we recommend wearing golf shirts with collars during your visit to the course. Every golfer must have their own golf bag.
Please note that each club has the discretion to decide whether or not they will allow Professionals to have courtesy at their course. Usually, if a Professional brings 3 or more playing partners, they should receive courtesy, but this can vary depending on the season and the particular course.
To avoid any confusion, we recommend checking with us before making your booking to see what the policy is for each course. Professionals must show their PGA cards at the reception when checking in.
Junior players may have a reduced fee, but the age limit can vary from course to course. Please contact us for more information on the courses you are interested in reserving.
To ensure that slow play is avoided on busy courses, visitors may be asked to present a handicap certificate at the reception during check-in. We strongly advise that you bring a handicap certificate with you to avoid any refusal of entry to the course.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you are not able to play the course due to the lack of a handicap certificate, and the courses will not provide any refunds in these circumstances.
